yesterday......... ben lao shu felt sleepy, he tried to go and watch but i wasn't happy about it, i felt tat he should hv planned ahead to ensure enough sleep so as to handle the next day's appoinment... but it was a rare opportunity that he can gather and play mahjiong with his buddies.... so star wars cancelled again.. next schedule is on thurs...

i then spent the afternoon alone walking among the private housing estate linking serangoon north to hougang-kovan.. the houses are beautiful.. and i met with this dog that is so very tall.. it looks like the scooby-doo dog, big and lanky.. but i dun dare to go near the house to hv a better look coz dunno if he can jump over the gates... i continue walking.. hoping that i would get lost in the estate.. but i was wrong.. every turn i took.. the scene is farmilar, i hv been to there so many times since young that i kind of know each corner.. each time i feel so blue, i will just go for a run or a walk in the housing estate.. sometimes i would choose to go MacRitchie and read a book there to escape from the buzz of the society..

sometimes i think so much... too much philosophical stuff that my tiny weeny brain churns out... sometimes when u know the answer that people will give, u keep everything to yourself.. no point lah.. emptying the brain is so very difficult... the only way... work work work... housework, homework, playwork, sports workout and blast the music to dance... that's what i did this morning... wake up, wash clothes.. sweep floor, trim my eyebrows to a horrible shape, but better than nothing, blast the music away while i dance.. haha... no one see me dance.. so doesn't matter how horrible the dance is.. yes.. i must treat myself better... keeping thinking of so much stuff... why keep hanging on to the past... look to the future... look to the future... LOOK!

Right, it's been quite some time since i last met up with baoyue and jingyi... so later go out with baoyue to collect my ncap theory level 1 cert.. been 1 year loh... and then go window shop... no money, cannot buy... i hv spent almost $200 on shopping in thelast 2 weeks... must curb now.... then at night we 2 go meet jingyi for dinner at amk...

yesterday, my 'da ge' came to tkd.. he commented that i looked so tired and seemingly thinner than 2months ago when he saw me... nah.. me still the same la... plump plump de...

am i? hmm... it does not matter.. i can still remember the days tat i tried to make myself ugly.. haha.. need zero effort... hahaha... just get a short hair cut, wear big big clothes and sloppy slippers... so easy...

oh, on mon eve i had dinner with ben lao shu, danny, his mum and gf at yishun.. while waiting for ben lao shu at the interchange, 2 guys came up and 1 of them tried to promote some charity tickets to me.. i was playing hard to get.. normally i will just say no and walk off.. but this time i challenged whatever he said.. haha.. anyway, after some 10 mins, ben lao shu came and called out to me n the chap ended his conversation with me fast... ben lao shu says that the chap is trying to get my number.. it surprised me coz i din tot of this.. haha.. anyway although i still think that the chap was just trying to sell his stuff, i pretend that what ben lao shu says is the truth.. haha... no experience of guys on streets coming up to me to get my number leh.. hmm... no attractive enough maybe?! aiyah.. should be lah...

1 week into holiday... what hv i been doing??
hmm...

6th may: last paper thai3>>>>dinner with yp

7th may: hang ard with yp>>> afternoon, at party world karaok with yp and his friends: Danny, his mum and gf(Arina), Shanwen and gf(Patricia).. so fun.. hee... sang our lungs out man..evening, dinner with them at woodlands foodcourt.. patricia is really kind of thin.. danny dun let arina eat more, shanwen wants patricia to eat more... i quite lucky... yp din do anything to my diet.... hooozz....

8th may: sunday.. mother's day.. haha... yp came over hougang, went hougang mall to find PS2 and shop for the night's steamboat for mother's day celebration.. too bad.. bro can't come home to eat with us..

9th may: went junmin's place for a girls' chat... she's a silly girl.. love... it bits yet comforts... and i booked my basic theory test date!!!! 10th june.. arghh....

10th may: tuesday, tkd day.. morning went over to yp's house to help him pack away his secondary school stuff...ehh... saw quite a few cute notes.. i was enjoying myself digging his old stuff, but he got quite mad... so i just quietly pack and quickly finish the job.... later in the afternoon went simlim with yp looking for his PS2.. had lunch at fish & Co... yp's 1st time there!!! haha.. buying PS2 was sian.. so much to calculate in order to get the best bargain! tkd in the evening was fun.. how i miss it after 1 week of no tkd... though the children are still a troope of monkeys.. but how peaceful and troubless laughters they have..

11th may: no tkd at clementi ite.. went out with yp and his mum.. to woodlands for a new handphone, model wanted not avaliable, then took train to amk lor.. found the phone there.. before we bought the phone, we went to buy a pair of shoes for his mum.. she bought a nike ladies walking shoe for work.. after the shoes, we had breakfast..erm..lunch....erm dinner... whatever la, at S11.. his mum treated us to western food.. yummy... i finished everything! hee... so they bought the phone after the meal.. by then, it was late, yp gotta rush to tkd... knowing that his mum got to buy quite a number of stuff.. i volunteer to go woodlands ntuc with her.. hee... how a different experience.. go buy groceries with your bf's mum.. hmm.. i push the cart while she hold on the front portion.. excatly like what my family does... haha.. we bought 6bags full of stuff... i was so shock when she piled 6 cans of oat into the cart.. i was thinking can we really make it back home?? anyway, we, 2 ladies with the bags, took train back to admiralty home... a bit heavy, but still can make it... i helped her to stock up the newly bought stuff into the cupboard, afterwhich, she asked me to see which books that we pack the day before still got use, can give away.. i pick out all the usuable ones and all the rubbish remaning, was thrown away at the rubbish chute... yp's mum helped me to carry down to the rubbish collection center.. after tat, i walk over to their tkd class.. after class, May mdm drove all of us to pasir ris to meet jeffery sir, alex, elieen, sylvia and mingli.. had chicken wings and fries. after eating, yp and me went to mdm's and sir's place to take something.... yp spent the nite at my palce.. we had our 2am meal as usual when he spends the night over....anyway, he slpt till 12pm the nxt day..

12th may: went to tkd at sengkang as usual....

13th may: i woke up at 4am to bath and prepare myself for work at sheraton tower.. see entry on "first time waitress"... after work went to meet yp, danny and arina... we went to yishun 346 for basketball.. we 2 girls sat at the sides while the guys play.. din perform as well as norm.. but nevertheless still a good work out.. i had a nice talk with arina.. shared some girlish stuff on bfs and the like.. arina likes to design and draw.. i think her works are beautiful.. after these meetings with her, if find her to be an adorable girl, one who you will feel like doting on.. she has a simple mind.. full of fun and sunshine... after bball, we ate at yishun before walking ten thousands mile with yp to buy newspaper home..reached his place around 11pm, while he bath and get his PS1 to bring over to my place, his dad came home and thrust a box of grapes to me.. haha.... his dad likes to puch fruits to me, coz no one else in the family will help him eat le... oops.. i will get fat like this oh.. at 11.40pm. we took a taxi back to my place, he play his PS while i slept beside him in the living room.. damn tired...
this time round, he woke up at 7am and sat in the living room waiting for me to awake up.. hee..

14th may: yp wanted to go home and sleep first before we go out to buy my shoes... at his place, i fell asleep also.. hee... like a pig sia... calculate a here and there, i slept almost 11hrs in total.... in the afternoon after he woke up, we went to buy shoes and also walk ard in orchard... evening, he got teckmin out and the 3 of us went kbox in amk... haha... i machiam every weekend go karaok... =D

15th may: woke up in the morning very early.. supposed to go work, but got junmin to get ppl to cover my shift as i can't wear covered shoe at all... the blisters hurts... but i went to market with daddy, mummy, bro and baby.. asked mingzhu(my cousin) along.. after reaching home and finish the laundery, mingzhu, meiping, meili, baby and me went compass point shopping... bought a lot of stuff man... but shuang!

wondering what will i do tml...hmm...will try to clear my room...

i find it kind of fun to go out with yp's mum... she will get what she wants, for e.g. when the noodles she wanted was not avaliable on the shelf, she makes sure she ask the manager for it and get it even though it means more time spent.. haha.. so cute.. for me, if dun hv then nvm lor.. another flavour or another time...

i went to take up a part time at Sheraton Towers as a waitress in the dinning room.. after 9 hrs with only 30 min break in the middle, i decided to quit the job.. i ended the day with 6 blisters and barely able to walk properly..
i felt bad at there when i couldn't function properly as i can't walk fast.. i hate to slack on a job, those who has been working with me back in STATS should know huh.. hee.. when i can't do a job properly, i hv totally zero motivation... zero.. hence, the lost of interest in waitressing.. i got the job thru junmin, when she saw the pain i am going thru, her heart breaks.. she tried to help me though she was actually in another group then, she tried her best to cover my duties with hers... this made me feel worse.. instead of helping to run the whole dinning room properly, i gave trouble to ppl..
after work, yp saw the blisters.. he became angry, sad and pain... he strongly forbid me to go back and continue the job.. after 2 nights of thinking, pain and aching muscles, i decided not to continue.. it's just not for me... i can't be up to the job... kudos to all the ppl in service arena... i give all of you my deepest salute!
i realise that if u are enjoying what u are doing, no matter how tiring or how much injuries u get from the job, you will still maintain a happy feeling at the end of the day... the aches i get from waitressing job is similar to the ones i get from doing household chores for days and the blisters pain are not as bad as those i get from taekwondo, but i still enjoy doing housework at home and going for taekwondo training... the same pain, through a different process, has different results on the emotions.......... i guess... love can overcome pain... hmmm....

oh man.. just realised that i hv had not been blogging since a month+ ago.. haha... really bz.. but glad that it' s over..
i hv had my exams throughout this period, though it was only 4 papers, but they were spread over 3 weeks.. long time to study, but i got kinda lazy between each paper and even went out to play..
earlier in april was my 21st birthday.... no big celebrations or any party.. i even had to go to school early for some last minute final project group meeting and had lessons till 6pm.. that was a lousy way to spend 21st birthday.... hai.. anyway, after school, i met hong at science bus stop where she gave me a stalk of flower.. those kind of cute cute cartooon flower.. hee... so pretty!!! and we took bus home together... i reached my place bus stop and waited for yp.. he had an exam paper till 6.30pm that day...
i waited for about 10 min, and saw him arriving at about 8pm.. i was stunned....
he got down the bus... in his hands was a big bouquet of roses amide other accessory flowers.. shocking... never ever had anyone gave me such a big bouquet of flowers... there was 20 red roses and a pink one, 21 in all.... hmm... beautiful... that was the 1st he gave me flowers too.. hee... hee... hee... he was dressed up too... he wore a blue shirt with jeans and shoe... not his normal "lok kok" t-shirt and shorts.. hahaha... well... as for me.. i was wearing a cross back white top with a pink knee length skirt... i didn't really apply any make up, just a thin layer of foundation and lip gloss... we went up to my place first, my dad bought me a cake.... blackforest!! that's one of my favourite!!!! i used to hv blackforest for every single one of my birthday since young till some 5 years ago that then we changed to mango and other fruite cake... bro was till in camp while da jie had to attend class tat night, therefore, there was only daddy, mummy, baby and yp to sing birthday song for me.. nevertheless... i love every single moment of it.. but u know what is the funny thingy?? i had to take the cake from the fridge myself, put on the candle myself, light them myself and gather my lovely family myself!!!!! arghhh..... what a pathetatic cake cutting session... gotta do it all myself n get ppl to sing a birthday song for me... sobx....hahahha...

after we cut the cake... yp and i took a cab down to cineleisure to book a pair of movie tickets for "The Pacifier"... and we had our dinner at TCC... as much as the cakes look very nice, i didn't want any, coz of the blackforest lying in my fridge....hee... the pacifer was damn funny... laughed our heads off man... yup, after the show, we pop by yp's house first for him to change before going back to my home.... when we finally reach my place it was already nearing 2am..

the nxt day was april senior belt grading.. so we had to go toa payoh.. but before tat i had to hv a last min practice with xianjuan who was going for grading tat day.. yp drove (my dad's car) to send something back home before we sent a cd to meishi and then to Pines... after pines, we then return daddy the car and took 153 to toa payoh. after grading, the balck belts wanted to go swensen's but it was so packed.. in the end we ate long john's.. yp, as usual, stayed over at my place coz the next day, sunday, we had to gather in toa payoh again for the junior grading..
that night, i had to rush my bioinformatics project... yp and i stayed up till 4 am to rush the project as i had to hand in on the following monday.. was very touched tat he helped me so much.. while he edited some results presentation for me, it gave me time to write the report.. we went over to cheers at 2am to buy cup noodles.. hee.. without him staying overnight at my place i rarely step out of my house after 12am.. thanks dear for helping me.. though we had some heated arguments through the night.. =P
after sunday grading, i went home and continue the battle with the project.. i had to skip school on monday to complete the project before the due time tat night at 2359.. that was how my 21st birthday was spent...
